We sit with our eyes closed—either in person or over Zoom—and journey together into your subconcious via the Theta brainwave state. I guide the process step-by-step, always asking permission before moving forward. The experience feels meditative, similar to hypnotherapy, yet uniquely profound.

After your session, give yourself space to rest, hydrate, and integrate. Baths, sound healing, and quiet reflection are encouraged.
Integration typically unfolds over 24 hours and one sleep cycle.

Remote Sessions: Have water and tissues nearby. Be comfortable (but not sleepy) and uninterrupted.
In-Person Sessions: Please avoid perfumes or aftershave.
All sessions are held in strict confidence.
